The "Shion Course" begins with a seasonal small dish, followed by a colorful salad of steamed chicken and tomatoes and a platter of two exquisite pieces of sashimi delivered directly from Toyosu.The menu features a variety of flavorful dishes, including Kyushu chicken and daikon radish jibuni, shrimp tempura with the aroma of seaweed, and fluffy homemade rolled omelets.For your meal, you can choose from cod hotpot or stewed Sangen pork cutlet, and finish with champon noodles or yakisoba.The course ends with a satisfying seasonal sweet treat.
