The "Kikka Course" is a richly flavorful meal that begins with a small seasonal dish, followed by sashimi delivered directly from Toyosu and a platter of two kinds of local chicken tataki.The menu features a variety of exquisite dishes that bring out the flavor of the ingredients, such as steamed Sangen pork with fragrant scallion sauce and fried Hiroshima oysters.For your meal, you can choose between Yosenabe or Grilled Beef Skirt Steak Skewers, and it's a satisfying course that also includes a final dish and a dessert.
